Question Mail during classification

Hello again everyone

So I was wondering if inmates are able to receive mail or emails through JPay during classification status at Camp Hill? And if not, will they hold the mail and/or emails until classification is over? and is it true they can only send 8 letters a month?

Thank you

I'm almost positive that they can receive while in classification and yes it's true that they can only send 8 letters a month. They can send more when they're able to buy commissary and they can buy more envelopes, but the state only gives them 8 letters a month. It sucks...

They can receive mail through Jpay and regular mail. Jpay will get to them the next day except on weekends They are not given any paper or anything until they go to the store but maybe able to get envelopes etc from other inmates or use scrap paper..my husband just went through it this month.

he can send as many as he wants the problem is getting the envs and paper. the 8 a month is 8 free a month from the state and thats the entire time they are in prison, they will get 8 each month . and why they dont give them paper @@ makes no sense lol the 1st letters you get are on the backs of anything .it takes time for there commasary orders to get in and them come.and yes any letter you send jpay included they get even in quarentine
