My husband and I both wear ours. He's been gone 5 months and those that don't know, don't ask. People who matter and are close to us know. Pfftt to anyone else!!

We are engaged and YES I wear my ring. I love my Sugarbear with all my everything. And to the nosey ppl,I tell them yea he incarcerated AND?????????? They know not to test me wit bs cuz I dont mind putting ppl in they place in their perfect lil world lol!!!!

I wear my engagement ring. The people who need to know where he is do know and everyone else it really doesn't matter what they say.

We both wear our wedding rings. I never take mine off, even in the shower. He is the same way, the other day I went to visit and he has the most horrible tan line where his wedding band is. I was like Awww you really do love me! If people ask me where my husband is I don't care one bit to tell them. It's not their life and Im the one going through it and holding it down, so why should it matter to them!

Prison doesn't change us being married.. so yes to wedding bands and my husband being inside isn't a secret. If someone asks I answer... but I am having trouble remembering a stranger asking me. Jenni

i wear mine and one of my biggest problems is that I am blunt and tell i like it is. If someone askes wheres your husband I say jail..... Im not ashamed of him in anyway. I love him as much even more today than i did yesterday...... My husband hates that im so open about everything, thinks someone will try and take advantage of me,, but thats just how i am...

I dont wear my engagement ring...I work for a big company and when I did wear it I got to many questions that I would prefer not 2 answer ;/

Yup we both wear our rings. And if anyone asks me about him I tell them. All my coworkers and friends and family know...so there is nothing to hide, and most other people don't ask!

well, we aren't married so I don't have a wedding ring per say, but he did buy me a band that was meant to be our wedding ring. I wear that every day of course. I don't tell anyone new where he is. I really don't get asked that question all that much. We live a quiet life and stay home or just go out by ourselves most of the time. I have a few close friends who know and both of our families but that is it. It is not something that I feel comfortable talking about. That is why I love PTO! I can talk about him in a way that I would never feel able to do out in the "real" world.

Not only do I wear mine everyday, since he couldn't have his in county I wear it on my thumb. As for the other those close to us know the rest I tell he's out of town.

I'm a married woman...I wore it before he got locked up and I continue to wear it daily. My husband is in DOC and wears his too. All my family and co-workers know about our situation. I also have a family picture taken at the yard that I have framed and sitting on my desk. No shame here. I love my man!

I wear mine ALWAYS!! HIS IS AROUND MY NECK... I don't care who knows where he's at I love him I would never dream of taking my ring off!!! As far as ppl asking most everyone around knows but a few have I say "PRISON" ppl make mistakes some get caught some don't, some serve their time &pay their debt some don't.... but you know - to my God sin is sin no different degrees and one day we'll all be judged!!!

I have worn my ring(s) since the day we were engaged. I even bought a plain band to wear when I've had to have something repaired, etc and couldn't wear it. I feel lost without it.

Listen, I don't have a loved one in prison (at the moment) thank god, but I want to point out that I am married but do not wear my wedding band. I want to, but my fingers are much larger than they were the day I got married and I can no longer wear mine. I have thought about getting it enlarged but I really don't want to mess with the intricate design of it. I also thought about wearing it around my neck on a chain, but I have a history of losing anything I wear around my neck. It DOES bother me that I don't wear it. I am sure it bothers my wife too, but she hasn't admitted it.

Occasionally I am mistaken for a single guy by women I come in contact with. On my job most of my "customers" are women because I work mostly in schools and churches. When in conversation I always find a way to mention "my wife" so there's no chance for misunderstandings.

If my wife WERE in prison and someone asked me about her I would tell them she is working out of town at the moment. Not altogether a lie since most convicts do work. If I were to see a woman not wearing a wedding band I would assume she is available and if even if she told me she was married I would have my doubts ... like she's discouraging me because she's not interested. In any event if I see a wedding band I would assume there is a husband and leave it alone.

Just my two cents, I hope no body minds me jumping in with it.

ABSOLUTELY!! I used to and am going to go back to work in adult bars (I mean all bars are for adults but u get the gist of what Im saying) and not one day do I hide the fact that I am very happily taken. Lol sometimes guys try harder...

Yes I wear my ring all the time and he wers his as well. Although at time it feels so surreal I still wear it.
