We won our NJ-Appeal of D.O.C.'s Disciplinary Hearing

My hubby and I won our appeal of a Disciplinary Charge he received while incarcerated. He was cleared of all charges. Yay! Unfortunately he already had served his sanction of 300 days Administrative Segregation (the hole) or ADSEG and 1 year loss of contact visits! Ugh! He had his 300 days of comp time returned to him. Now we have to fight to receive his 11 days a month of comp time from the day he was charged. He stop receiving good time served while in ADSEG.Which is from Feb. 2011. That's 16 months at 11 days a month, for a total of 176 days of comp time. Since all charges against him were reversed and he was full minimum before the charges, he should have earned all of this time for the past 16 months. Unfortunately, they are giving him a hard time to get back his 11 days a month! I don't know what to do. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? That's almost 6 months of time! He deserves to have this time returned to him!

Again, this is the New Jersey Department of Corrections. Help!

BTW, I say my hubby and "I" because I prepared and filed all of this brief's and legal documents for his appeal.
