How about a thread where we introduce our beloved pets? I know that many of us have furry or feathered or scaly friends we love...and I, for one, would love to get to "know" them...

What do y'all think?

HELLO PTO FRIENDS OF MY COOL 'BOSS' MARA,
im Timmy and im her rat...nooooo im not scary, im cute

and i run around free coz i dont like my cage and as you all know....mara hates cages too!!! so im no prisoner, im a free rat that never is on lockdown...and i wish everybody could be as free as i am !!

by the way...that great eyes are mara's

Howdy, I'm Abar Pearl. I'm a 4 year old retired Greyhound racer, and if any of ya live in Florida...you mighta won some money on me. I've been living with daddytoe in Canada for 6 months now. I like it...now I can lay on the bed and watch him run around in circles. Keep your paws up

Here is a picture of our dalmation, Princess (on the left) and her brother, Polo, on the right. In the background you can see our Rottie, Bear, when he was a little baby.. I'll show some newer pictures in the next post. This is 1995 I believe.. The pet on the chair is "Heidi" and we gave her away.. Haha

jen some one else will have to help you with that,,,, there is away on the bottom here some where where you add your attachments. ask David about that one, i had to have someone walk me through it,,,,

HI PTO FAMILY.... I am "Luci" (named after Lucky Luciano, because I am a lil' bada**)..... I am the baby of the family... sometimes I get annoyed with momma spending so much time at this computer... so I walk across the keyboard or jump up on her lap and lick her on the nose when I think it's time for her to get off and spend some QT with ME!!

AND.... My name is Destiny.... I am older... but I still got some issues!! If you look closely at my picture, you can see that even though I am almost 4 years old... I still suck the end of my tail.... a little habit I developed when momma took me off my bottle when I was just a few months old....

I love seeing all these pets! My scanner is broken so I can't get mine up...still searching my computer for any that I have already scanned and hidden in some foreign folder...if I find one, I'll post it.

for those of you having trouble posting...
(I hope I get this right!)...click on Post Reply instead of using the box at the bottom of the topic...You can find Post Reply at the top and bottom of the screen (towards the right edge of your screen)...next, you'll get a new page where you'll be able to put in a subject line, add pictures and write your text. To add your picture, scroll down just a little until you get to the "Attach File" area and click the "Browse" option...you'll get a little box where you can search for you picture that you want to post...when you find it, double click the picture of your choice, then when you're done writing your message, click "submit reply" and it should put your picture up!

Fingers crossed...I hope that works!

Hi PTO family! I am a Springer Spaniel mix named Pookie and I am approximately 20 months old. My Daddy found me when I was homeless and started living underneath his road construction equiptment. I am also known by my family as that "cassette eating dog" since I ate 30 feet of cassette tape and had to have surgery. Thank goodness my Mommy only buys cds now. My Mommy uses me for all of her maternal instincts - and that chick has some real issues. I love chasing squirles and freeing the yard of pesky birds, though I can't catch any.

Since I have no scanner or digital camera I can't share pics, BUT I can tell you that my son...yes he's my first born only I adopted,lol...is BUd he is 1/2 rednose and 1/2 american pitbull. Pure breed and the biggest mush you'll ever meet, unless you hit me of course.
He grew up with my brothers pit, who is actually his niece and her name is Felony...yep you read right

I will see if aunt Shawna (JDswifey) has some pics of them that she can post.

LOL, this is one funny thread!! I'm just about falling off my chair reading about what all these pets have to say, who knew animals were so smart!!

And hey, don't let the lack of a digital camera or scanner stop you, photo-marts can do wonderful things for you these days. You can take any old roll of film into your local franchise and tell them you want it developed to disc, they'll put that roll of flim on a cd for you and you can pop in into your puter. There's lots of places around here that will even load them onto their website for you, they just email you a passcode and you go to their site....your pictures are all displayed there and you can download them as you wish. Call around your area...let's see some more petsssssssss!!

This is my baby COCCO....she is under a year old and I'm very proud of how smart she is turning out to be.
Last night she amazed us when she climbed in her cabe and got in her tent on her own when it was around bed time. I must admit my birds have been well behaved compared to my son.

This is my friend Mazi Grace. She was but a pup when this shot of her and Zane was taken. She has been with me for 6 years now and I am thankful for each day I spend with her, especially during those long nights.

I have a cat. Her name is GEM. She is 7 years old and my true princess. I got her when my mom died and she was like 2 months old. She is very loving and supports me when she knows I am not feeling well or having a not good day. I had one pet when I was little a turtle named Trixie. My mother did not do pets well so I am sure she is feeling some kind of way that I named my cat after her. In a good way that is.

Hi everyone,
We have two small dogs, both rescues, but I wanted to share "ELWOOD" with you, he was my son's dog. We are now caring for him, for as long as we can. He's a good dog, and was named after the blue's brothers. He is disabled, his left back leg isn't real good, but he jumps and gets around fine. He is smiling!!
