Do You


I try and blink away the tears while i put myself in your shoes,
It scares me to think about all the pain you must be going through.
Do you hear the shot ringing in your head, or do you drown out the sound?
Do you dream of one day coming home, or think about revenge coming around?
Do you hear whispers in your ear saying i will keep you locked away?
Because these are just a few things that passes through my mind each and every day.
Do you wish this hadnt happened and you stayed home and went to sleep?
Do you have great remorse for this accident and the painful memories you are forced to keep?
Do you regret the decisions you have made and except the hurt it has caused?
Or do you feel sorry for yourself because your life has been forcably put on pause?
Do you care about your family and promise to take them into consideration next time you ride?
Do you think you can tell me how and what you feel instead of always trying to hide?
Can you love me and make some simple promises so i know this wont happen again?
Or do you blame me because i was always bickering and didnt act like a wife or friend?
These are some questions that go unanswered in my mind,
I know you are the love of my life and for that i will wait for you no matter what the time.
