Default Leg Monitor

Does anyone know of anyone that has had dealings with the leg monitor? I would like to know how it works. Who is over you, I didn't know if it had anything to do with a parole officer or not. What are you boundries? We don't come up for 1/2 eligible until May of 06, but he was told that once he is 1/2 eligible that if he stays at the facility he is at that with in 60 days of being 1/2 that he would be up for the leg monitor. This sounded good to me cause that could mean that he would be home by Aug. of 06, and he will be up for parole in Oct. 06. He was told he would still get the 90 a month being on the monitor vs. day for day being on parole. He would only have to wear the monitor til June of 07 vs. being on parole til May 08. It just sounds better to be on the monitor. I told him I sure hoped I didn't get my toes caught up in that bracelet.lol If any one could help it would be greatly apprecited.

Sorry I haven't been back in a while but that is very good advice.lol It's a shame that they will know "EVERY MOVEMENT" if you know what I mean. They will think the monitor has gone crazy.lol I'm just ready for it to be 06'. I printed some info off of the doc website on the monitor and sent it to him and boy has those papers been read by almost every inmate in there. You would think it was a playboy.lol

I didn't think they worked that way?? I thought it only could tell general vicinity type stats

Well, if you really want to mess with them, he could take chorus line dance classes

And I think it's great that you found some info to send in and help everyone! I'm sure they only read Playboy for the articles anyway...lol.
