An inmate in a MS. prison should be out on parole from the information received from his family. This after serving 27 of 30 years for a rape conviction. However he was taken from a "safe environment" in one instituation ( a bible college at MCCF) and sent to Parchman to finish up tests and etc. and be released. However after the family trying to find out what happened to him ( they had lost contact). He is in the Leaksville prison. Can anyone tell us how to get his parole hearing papers to prove he should now be a free man??

He should have been furnished a copy of the Parole boards findings 2 weeks after the hearing. You can also call the Parole Board with his name and information and they can tell you the parole decision over the phone. I would not suggest trying to explain anything to them. I would simply say I was trying to find out the hearing status of suchand such inmate, mdoc#, you may need to know when the hearing took place, or where it took place, (MSP, SMCI, CMCF, PF)

ALSO, nothing will be posted on the Parole Board Site untill they are released and make their first meeting with the PO
