My baby shouldn't be at the Annex anyway since he's not violent or in a gang and doesn't participate in any of that crap!!!

You would think that prison officials would have figured out the problem and begun fixing it before now. Somehow I get the feeling that the reason they are paying attention is because of all the publicity in recent months. It's a shame inmates had to die for someone to pay attention to this messed up correctional system.

It's The co's that be bringing the inmates in things that they are not supposed to have i couple of homeboys thats at Maryland House of corrections with cell phones that the co's bring them in there for them after they pay the co $100.00 them inmates can get the co's to bring them any thing for the right price
