I am disapointed we cannot carry a bouquet, I spoke with a florist to do wrist corsages for the girls and I and told her they cannot be on metal floral wire and told her the whereabouts of my wedding, if we are wearing the flowers on our wrists I wonder if that would be a problem.
Also we want to put flowers in our hair, we'd love to wear a headpiece with flowers and ribbons, I actually looked up on line Floral Headwear and there are do it yourself methods but all call for Floral Wire, any ideas? Anyone good with crafts?

Congratulations on the wedding! I couldn't have flowers, ruffles, anything! I got married inside the prison and I wasn't even aloud to dress fancy! good luck with everything!

do they make plastic bobby pins yet??? what about using thin elastic cord or invisible thread?

Here is an idea, for the head piece you could purchase the thin wooden bendable strips that they use for basket weaving. hide it by wrapping it with ribbon, using the ribbon to also attach any strands of ribbon or flowers. the elastic is also a good idea, just make it loose fitting so that it sets on the head comfortably, and not tight. good luck, hopefully this is helpful.
