Maryland prison administrators say they are rewriting security procedures in an effort to disrupt the flow of drugs and other contraband into state prisons.

Better late than never, I guess! And at least Sizer realizes it's not us (visitors) all the time but his own COs participating!

MHC is locked down. My man called me on someones cell phone(which I told him never to do again

) said that they have not been fed lunch yet and there is a squad thoroughly tearing apart cells looking for contraband. I realize this is to make a safer environment for our loved ones, but I hope they will at least show some respect for them and their personal property. They are not all into drugs and weapons. Hope nobody had a visit planned for this weekend

It's about time they realize it's not just the visitors who are bringing contraband into the prisons but correctional officers too.
