hi, i have a question: my husband is currently in tdcj and he is gonna be eligible for parole in july 2007, in order for me to be a legal resident he has to come with me to an appointment at the us consulate in mexico my question is: is he gonna be able to travel with me if he is in parole???

I need more info - is he a US Citizen?

Check with Dept of parole on this. Its not a big problem if he cant leave the country, as he can instead file a K-3 visa for you from here in the US, then you are still interviewed in Mexico, and once approved you are allowed to travel here to finish the paperwork (and get to stay!).
