Thanks again everyone for your concern and support. I am still seeking answers, and am re-living what my brother had to go through, from his notes. It is just so sad that he couldn't call us more often, so that we could offer support. I know he's with God now, and free of all ridicule and pain...

I am so sorry. I believe that there is a better place beyond this one, and that we will be with our loved ones again. This does not take away our loss now. I would try to see if an independent autopsy can be ordered by the court. I don't trust them (prison system) either. An attorney can help you with the jurisdictional issues. Please get some counseling to help you through this.

nikita, i really understand how u feel also because my brother died 3 months after he was released from prison and to this day i really don't understand how...

Tayswifey, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. If I could ask, how did he die? It is so hard to understand, and very hard to get past the anger. I think that's what is keeping me going, as I try to find the answers. I thank all that have responded and offered their prayers and support. It will be a long haul, but I will let everyone know how things turn out..

I am truly sorry to hear about your brother with all the corruptions in these state penn I agree that you should go after justice. You were'nt there and you are unsure as to what happen. Anyway may God Bless you and you family and may he open the eyes of the people investigating so if there is some wrong doing someone needs to be held accountable.

Nikita, I am so sorry for your loss. My brother is in prison and the thought of him dying while he is there scares me to death. I will pray for you and may your brother rest in peace.

my brother is in the texas department of criminal justice for 30 yrs. He is in a very bad prison. I am very worried about him. I am afraid he won't make it in there. He had 4 or 5 men try to jump him. I called the warden and they moved him to a cell by him self but I am wondering if they really did or not.
