Ant is due to be executed by the state of Texas on November 16th 2006.

He is a great guy who has a really strong case for a retrial.

My thoughts go out to Ant, his family and friends, especially his supporters who have fought so hard to get him the justice he has been denied.

the State really needs to halt this execution and go for a retrial, which is long over due. I have my fingers crossed for Ant

Charles Anthony Nealy may be put to death on November 16th by the state of Texas for something he did NOT do. We, the supporters, are doing all we can to save the life of this innocent man. If you can please write or call or email the governor of Texas, this would be a blessing to Charles and to his supporters. Or, if you know a defense lawywer who has a heart of compassion who would like to volunteer his time to help CHarles, please let us know. You can also leave me a message and I will forward it to the person who is organizing Charles's support website. You will get a response as soon as possible. Please, please, please, please, CHARLES NEALY needs you.

There is a journalist there in Dallas, TX who will writing a story soon on Charles Nealy. Please keep checking back at Charles Anthony Nealy's site for any more updates. Thank you.

Thanks so much for posting this. I am just now returning to this forum and did not see the posting you had already done on Charles Nealy. I just added a sorta long plea asking folks to do all they can to help. Thank you so much and I thank all those in advance who will do something to help our friend and pen pal Charles A. Nealy, who is indeed innocent of all of this.

absolutely great news!!!!! i have just logged on and came straight here to see whether there were any updates on Anthony......... I now hope they will send him for a re-trial and get him off that row!!
