Exclamation Charles Anthony Nealy - TX - 16 November 2006 - Stayed

Please, if you will visit Charles Anthony Nealy's website at anthonynealy.org

On November 16th he may be executed for something he did not do. According to his website, there has been evidence of prosecutorial misconduct, yet the state of Texas has not halted the execution. If you live in Texas or have access to Texas information, please try and contact Gov. Perry and ask him to grant Charles A. Nealy a stay of execution. Or, if you know a defense lawywer who would volunteer his time to help Charles, that would be great too. Please either send me a message or you can always go to Charles's website above and scroll down to the bottom and you will see an email to click on to send a message to his network of supporters and someone will get back with you soon.

Thank you in advance for helping Charles. And let us not forget others who are in similar situations.

Default Charles Anthony Nealy - TX - 16 November 2006

CHARLES ANTHONY NEALY is scheduled to be put to death on this Thursday, November 16th, for something he did NOT do. Please see anthonynealy.org for the latest updates on Mr. Nealy's case, including a press release. Anthony is a Christian man, but he is scared over all of this and he does not deserve this nightmare. His supporters have done all we can do help, including trying to contact all the innocence projects, finding a compassionate defense lawyer to help Mr. Nealy because his public defender does not seem to care (please see the press release on website) and trying to get people to send letters to Gov. Perry of Texas asking him to please grant Charles a stay of execution. All of this may come too late, so that is why we are continuing to reach out to others to help us help Mr. Nealy. His main support is in Europe and Canada, though there are a few of us here in the USA.

Please try and contact the offices of Mr. Rick Perry of Texas and ask him to please grant Mr. Charles Anthony Nealy a stay of execution. From the website, here are some contact numbers for the governor of Texas.

Governor Perry's Main switchboard: (512) 463-2000
Gov. Perry's Fax: (512) 463-1849

Or, perhaps you can either give your listeners Charles's website or the
governor's website address or you can place a link on your website for the
Governor's office which is

copy and paste this and add the www governor.state.tx.us/contact

This may be a stupid question but have you tried the Texas Innocence Project? DNA testing if appropriate? I don't know what else to suggest. I will keep Anthony in my prayers. I can't even imagine what you are going through now.

That's Texas for you, so quick to execute. I will contact Governor Perry and have friends do the same. My b/f is on the row and I know this is tough.
Hang in there and pray.
