Jerome Henderson..Ohio DR....Get's a Stay

Jerome Henderson was issued a stay last friday by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. The AG wanted a En Banc (full court) vote. The issue went to the full court today, we don't know what was voted, but the 3 Judge panel Upheld Jerome's Stay.

The AG then took it to the US Supreme Court and they upheld it.

Jerome was taken to Lucasville to the Death House this morning. I'm assuming they will be returning him to Death Row at Ohio State Pen. tomorrow.

Jerome was part of the Lethal Injection Challenge and I am assuming that is why he got the stay.

Jeff Lungren was part of the same Challenge and received notice at 11PM that he would be executed the next morning, leaving no time for his wife or 16 yr old daughter to get to Ohio to say their goodbyes.

Jeeez Rach who knows if the Stay will hold. Let us Pray it does. I think having to go back and forth to the death house is Cruel and Unusual Punishment if you ask me.

I know that just getting Stay after Stay wears you down, but getting to the Death House is another Ball Game in it's self.
