Question smoking at CRC?

Can they smoke in their cells at CRC since the new ohio non smoking law took effect?

TIA

our friend (who is in crc for processing) has said that when he gets out he will be a non-smoker ... and I can't imagine that is by choice LOL... so I would guess that they are not allowed to smoke.

No, not in cells, but there are designated smoking areas.

my brother just left there, he said they smoke in the court yard on their way to rec or chow...but if you're good, you can smoke in your cell. But don't get caught.

Do you really think it's good idea to encourage inmates to try to break rules? IMO, that's just asking for trouble.

Right! The building is NO SMOKING! So to smoke when you're in your bunk area is a No-No and it isn't being "good" to do so! It's being stupid.
