Just wanted to drop in and say hi!

Hello All,

I've been away from PTO for awhile, but just wanted to drop by and check in with my old friends. As you know, Steve and I finally got married last June after several years of being together (some off and on). Well...I guess you can say that the beginning of our marriage was the end to our relationship. Not saying that's why it didnt work out, but that's the way it happened. By mid-September things had gone downhill, I had met someone new, and Steve and I were not even speaking anymore. For several months things were bitter and ugly, and the rare contact and communication that we had was very negative. We were both hurt and angry, and it wasnt even practical for us to try to get along.
Recently, he got in contact with me again, and things were rocky at first, but after some frustrating and emotional talks, I think we FINALLY got the closure on our relationship that was needed so we could be civil to eachother.
He's doing well, down to his last few months, and looking forward to starting over. (We'll be getting divorced as soon as he gets out)
I'm incredibly happy with my boyfriend, am a "step-mom" to his 4 year old twins, and my daughter is almost 6 now and loving Kindergarten!
I'm doing the stay at home mom thing while I take another shot at finishing up that college degree, and we have a dog, a cute little pug named Lola :-)
