Question DNA testing centers in Idaho

Hi. I hope someone on here can help me! I've been a member of PTO for awhile now, but usually post in the Florida forum because my fiance is locked up down there. But right now I'm currently living in Idaho and going to school here. I have tried searching this online and can't find much info, but I need to find a DNA testing cite/center in the northern part of Idaho (north of Moscow/Lewiston). I found out some information about my fiance's son, whom he hasn't had contact with in like five years due to the boys mother not wanting to communicate with my fiance, and now she really wants him and the boy (who is now 14) to have some sort of relationship....but I know my fiance will want to have the dna test done, and may not trust her sending it all in. So she said she'd send me the boy's dna sample (she has a kit all ready to go), and I could collect something from my sweetie (how that'll happen, I'm not sure), and I could send the test in. But I'm a bit nervous about sending it in the mail..I would much rather prefer taking it in myself.....but I can't find any place up here

Do any of you know of any places that do DNA testing? Again, I'm up north...I know there are some in Boise, and one in Moscow, but that's still far for me to drive.

Any info would be much appreciated and helpful!!

Thanks!

I am not sure how you would go about getting his DNA. I am also not sure how reliable any kind of at home DNA test would be. I know that a while back I was picking up some stuff from inmate property and there was a lady checking in to get someones DNA for paternaty. Now I am not sure, but I suspect that was arrainged through child support or some other case worker. IMO the mother of this boy needs to contact her local child support agency and see if they will get the process going. It would probably be a lot easier in the end
