Default Indiana Parol Question

Hello friends,
Finally got a call from My wife in Intake, and she told me she will automatically be put on parol upon release. Now that is fine and all if its required, but they say sh has to go back to the county of her conviction and serve under the Fort Wayne parol District. Now I moved to Indianapolis and we plan to stay in the Indianapolis area upon her release. They said she cant serve her parol in Indy because the Indy parol district has to many people in it.
Anyone have eperience with this? Can they make her move back to a County were she no loanger has a place to live. Seems like if they got to be on parol they should beable to do it anyware, since its really no the same as probation. Her county of conviction is Huntington and I dont believe they have a parol district anyway and have to go to Fort Wayne.
Have a few months to worr about it, but any input would be appreciated because many plans could be effectied by this, if we have to move back there, including my job that I would hate to give up.
Thanks,

O ya it also seemed to me that since the jude said she is not a probation canditate and was ordered to serve her full time, it seems she would be free of parol as well. I guess Indiana is diferent becasue of their recieve a credit for each day served law. I assume she must beable to request were she will serve parol and who she will love with once released. Thsi is not a situation were she needs to ask the parol board to be released on parol, but to serve parol once geting released after serving her full term, which is 9 months.

Sorry about the length, but we were so hopping to be ou from under the mans uncaring hand onec she was released.

Just a thought but if she can't be released to Marion Co could she be released to one of the bordering counties (Hancock, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson) and you still keep your job? If you're renting would it be possible to move to one of those areas rather than give up your job and go back to Ft Wayne. I'm not totally up on this, but I do believe when you get paroole you are released to a specific district and have to get approval from them for everything.

when my husband was released ...he was released to Henry County because that is where the infraction occurred. I called henry County parole and talked with them to see if he could get it transferred to our county of residence. After both counties talked and our county agreed to take him....all was well. He reports to this county...but then again both counties are in the same parole district. Just call them and ask a lot of questions. That's what I did.

Thanks for the info, since we have a few months b4 her release, I am going to get started soon about finding out what we can do.And yes if moving to a surrounding county helps that would be fine. We dont necessarily want to keep living right in the city anway, even though they ae probably in the Indy parole districts. But I will see what i can do.
