Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

I have searched the internet for more info on the satellite camp to no avail.

My friend will be self-surrendering in April and we are trying to get more insider type info. What are dorms like? What is a typical day? What programs are offered there? Any tips or advice that your person wishes he was given before going there? What about phone calls to cell phones? I don't mean to sound naive but this is my first experience with the system as well as his, so we are out of the loop on even the basic knowledge. What do we need to know about his upcoming stay?

Welcome to Kansas PTO. I wish I could give you the information you are looking for, however, I have no experience with the federal prison system. Have you posted on the federal forum? Someone there might be able to help you out.

my husband is at fpc leavenworth. it's a fed facility so you might try searching the fed forums for info
