Hi Tina, are you refering to the Parole Points system? Here is a link to it and it can be found in the Parole Forum. I hope this helps you.

Parole points and Risk assessment are two different things. As Katy said, look for parole points at the site above. If you are looking for info on Risk Assessment this is the link. http://ww2.ps-sp.gc.ca/publications/...ng-Rules_e.pdf.
Hope this helps.

Sorry so late on this post but the Parole Boards' term for the score tallied in the parole points system less the Offense Severity Class is called the Risk Assessment Instrument. That along with the Offense Severity Class is used to determine the parole guideline score. So I think that Katys response may be correct. To verify this terminology check page 42 of the parole board document at this link. Royce

Both posts contain risk assessment "instruments" and I suppose it depends on the reason for assessment, (ie, parole scoring or community risk levels). As always, there is great information here and answers to every question. Thanks Royce for checking further.

I am wondering, Tinalynn23, if you were able to find out how to work the scoring, which was your original question? If not, send me a PM and I will be glad to help you find the questionaire for scoring for both, parole quidelines or community risk levels.
