What can I do to help someone who might be in danger inside?

My husband is now serving his time in Halawa. Just recently he heard that there will be a movement (Transferring Inmates out of State) coming up soon.
And from what he say's, he might be riding out on that plane. However, our only probelm or should I say concern now is that there might be a person who might want to hurt my husband.
Is there anyone who knows what kind of actions I can take, or my husband, for that matter, so he could avoid this kind of situation?
He says the guy belongs or is in this gang called the RUSOS. It's a gang inside the Hawaii faclities. Is there anyone who can help me or guide with this problem?
At these desperate times, I'm willing to try anything, so if anyone knows what I can do, please don't hesitate to get reply.
According to my husband, this guy wants to hurt him really bad! And all of this over a girl. My husband said he messed around w/her, but she never told him that she was w/someone else, especially, a gang member.
Well, I just hope someone here can help me; it'll be deeply appreciated.
