So, for the first time, I actually got to here in open court the minute-by-minute account of REALLY happened the night he got arrested. He was riding his bicycle (I saw him before it happened and he was already trashed. He thought, at the time, blowing me off the night of the big town rodeo was a better plan) and ran a light or something. Happened in front of the cops. He was trying to pull him over for riding at night w/o a light. My BF noticed the cop and turned down the couple of streets to get outta there. After a couple of minutes, the cop realized he was being eluded. My BF was eventually surrounded, mouthed out to them and began to try to physically fight with a few of him.
