Default Woodman Unit - Texas State Jail

I have a femal relative who is going to be assigned to the State Jail System from Erath County. She is to do a 90 day total State Jail Sentence with about 45 days in pre-sentence confinement for probation violation. I can find little information on Woodman, and thus I have a few questions. I would appreciate any help or insight that can be provided.

1) What is the backlog on female prisoners going into the diagnostics unit?

2) How long is the diagnostics process, will she even get to the state facility?

3) Does anyone have any information on the Woodman Facility?

4) Is there visiting during the intake step?

In general, any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
