My husband just called me and said that they were in lockdown. He was able to call because the phones are in the houses and they didn't shut them off. Mike said something about a bomb was found in the yard, but he isn't sureif that is the truth or not. Anyone know?

Good grief! I hope it's just a rumor, Marla. Any thing suspicious has to be investigated so I hope it's all taken care of and everyone is back to 'business as usual' today. Glad he was able to use the phone!

I talked to Mike yesterday and he said that he has not heard anything more. I am assuming because of that it was indeed a rumor. I do wonder know why they were in lokdown and searching all the houses

Talked to my son last night at 8

o pm and he never said a word. Maybe it's just in one specific place in the prison. He would have told me if he heard about it. I know that house #7 hasn't had very much heat.They finally got some this week.

Mike is in house 6B.. He hasn't said anything about heat. I know he was complaining about everyone being sick.

You ahve to call and sometimes it takes awhile before you can get in. I think it use to be a month in advance. If things didnt change they carry his visiting list from his previous prison. Hope this helps.

i'LL ASK mIKE ABOUT THAT ON Wednesday when he calls. Maybe they meant 1% milk instead of higher fat milk and more veggies? I hope so.

I just talked to Mike and he said that thety have changed the meals a it, but they are not just serving milk bread and veggies. Today he had a burrito I believe he said. He said the lunch menu was usually prett good but the dinner menu sucked. Hope this helps

Mike never gets involved with anything. He keeps to himself and he is older so not too many mess with him. He does tell me about riots all the time. He says it is ebtertainment for him LOL
