Default Urgent, about immigration questions

I do have the questions about immigration,
1. Can a prisoner marry to a immigrant?
2.Can a sponser be an ex-felon?
3. Does the immigrant have to live with the sponsor if the husband is still incarcerated?
4. Can the immigrant live in the US with her B2 visa after marriage, and does she have to file for a I-130 asap?
5. If the US citizen is incarcerated, who pays for the filing fees?
6. What exact forms do we need to file on a B2 visa? (after marriage)?

All these questions have been answered on the forum. Please search.

In general however, DHS will view the marriage as a sham and not give up any benefits without a fight. The criminal background of the sponsor is not researched - just his financial status and relationship to the sponsee.
