So, I had the pleasure of picking up a lot of hung over, manically depressed, Patriots fans this morning and what a beautiful sight it was. They were so subduded and quiet and morose over their team choking in the end. It was a good game and in my mind, the right team one.

Who were you guys rooting for?

Inspite of my dear loving the Patriots, I wanted the Giants to win. I got so tired of these sh*t talking Patriot fans! And yes mine was one of them. I made a moratorium in regards to football talk this year, I got tired of arguing with her! The Giants played a hell of a game! Maybe my Raiders will make it again before I die!?

It was fun to see Manning and Manning as MVP's back to back.

Of course i go back to first Manning playing--So i am old as dirt.

I called my brother during halftime to wish him a happy 50th birthday, and got his answering machine.

(He's a season-ticket holding Pats fan, and after the game finally called me back...)

{I couldn't help but start laughing}

"Bro, this has to be the worst f'ing day of my life! I turned 50, the team I watched all year long blew it in the Super Bowl, and when I got home from the party my neighbor ran over my dog!!!"

(As a good brother, of course I continued to laugh like heck!)

I thought the game was reaaaallly boring until the finish, and that's when I realized "..if the Giants score, my numbers WIN in the pool!!"

Boy, was I cheering when they scored!

I have to agree with BigDaddy on this one. I was so tired of hearing all the big headed jerks spouting off about the greatest team ever. Well good for the Dolphins; they still hold that record. I don't care for either of those teams but I was rooting my butt off for the Giants.
