Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Did Not Show up for Sentencing

I am not sure if this is posted in the right place, so sorry if not. I have a question hopefully somebody can help me. My boyfriend is being sentenced to a year and a day, he did not go to court for the sentencing hearing. He now has a warrant out for his arrest, can he be charged with escape?
