What A Week!

Well, I have had the most wonderful week and I want to share the good with you too!

Last Monday my daughter gave birth to my 2nd grandson - a whooping 8 lbs 10 oz - 20.5 inches - with the fullest head of hair - he actually needs a haircut!!

I got to visit with my son for two days! AND it was a wonderful visit. It seems like I am getting my "old" son back you know the one I liked!! I always love him, but there were times I didn't like him (or his actions much). But I saw the great son peeking through and I can't tell you how happy I was about that. (This was my first visit to a prison ever - I was scared and excited all wrapped in one) But it was GREAT!!

I met one of my sisters from PTO sitting right next to me visiting with her son. We had a nice talk on the bus ride back from the visiting room to the parking lot. It was really great to talk in person to someone who understands. Judean07's son has a GREAT smile!!

Can it get any better than that?! Other than bringing my son home with me, I can't think of anything that would make it better.

The only down thing was a blowout on the way home...but I handled it well, called AAA, bought two new tires and made it home (2 hours later than planned though) but you know even that didn't get me down!
