Default I'm Back

We had a nice visit. Two BIG days... LOT'S OF HUGS. I got to catch him leaving the visitor building and wave to him from my car..... Then I pulled over and did not start driving again until I was done .

He said his councilor called him in for a chat on Thur.. He was asking him if he realized just how long ago it was that he had dropped to level 1, and how he felt about moving.... For anybody that doesn't know, Lee dropped to level 1 in May. They were letting him finish up a class he was in, which except for some demonstrations that he really doesn't need for his certificate, he's finished.
Lee told him he wasn't looking forward to the move because
a.) He's afraid he'll be moved so far away he'll almost never get to see me, and
b.) Because he's heard level 1's are nothing but "ticket traps". He's been doing well and he doesn't want to have that compromised.
His councilor told him that yes, he has done well and he is planning to let Lee by-pass secure level 1 and send him to level 1 camp.

OH PLEASE DON'T LET THEM JUST BE MESSING WITH HIM

I just got off the phone with him and he said his "call out's" were canceled this morning, so he thinks the move might be soon

Please keep him in your prayers.... It would be so great if he did get moved to camp. He'd be able to work outside the gates all day, get some fresh air and exercise, not to mention, seeing the parole board (in another 2 1/2 yrs.) from there, would be way better. And Lord I really don't want to sound greedy but please don't move him any further from me....

in advance for your prayers.

I've got to go catch up on all my gotta do's now, so I won't be checking all the new posts till I'm done... or at least close .

I hope everones well, and ther's lot's of good news to catch up on
Linda

Hi Linda, so glad you got to see your son! Everything sounds like it's going to work out and I will pray he stays close to you. Camp sounds so much better! I do hope and pray this all works, in Lee's favor.

glad you saw him and it went well. it refreshes both of your souls to bond once more. he needs to know you are there and the tears....well that is totally understandable. it takes a toll on us to be strong for them.

gotta do's....LOL love that term

seems my gotta do's keep me running! I miss being here like I used to, but still sneak a post or three in when I can. no more long leisure times. no rest for the wicked...LOL

Thanks for your prayers, we are both nervous wrecks. I tell myself God has been taking care of him and won't just stop, AND I KNOW THIS.... then I start thinking AGAIN. THIS NOT KNOWING THING JUST STINKS.
I agree sassy lady hugs are the best thing ever, YEP = ]

Glad your son is doing so well and you got to see him. I've waved at mine before when I left visiting like that, but it always makes you feel so good to see them. Keep us posted and I'm happy that he's doing good. I know that makes you happy. When they're happy, we're happy!!!
