Adam called yesterday morning...I could barely hear him. I kept telling him to speak up...he said he was yelling into the phone...the whole 15 minutes was full of huh? wha? say that again...and frustration! He called back from another phone and it was crystal clear...think Evercom would refund that 5.00??? They can always go back and listen, right? LOL! I'm not counting on it, but wondered if anyone else had a similar experience.

I doubt it, there are always issues with the phones. My calls are notorious for disconnecting BECAUSE they say we are trying to make 3 way calls. I dont have three way on my stupid cell phone. When I try to get my money back they give me a whole whooping 92 cents. I would tell your man to use the Good phone. CBS dont really care about us. One time I had to call BBB on them just to get my 30.00 posted to my account. They kept trying to say they never cashed my check and I had proof from the bank that it was cashed, and I faxed it to them more than 12 times and they still tried that crap.

When I called BBB, I got the refund PLUS they put the 30.00 on my account. They dont play when it comes to complaints but also they didnt care that they KNEW they cashed that check and tried to play like they didnt. When I was in jail a long time ago I knew the phones were trashed because it took us hitting it against the door to get any guards attention. Tell him to use the good phone, because believe me they are ONLY responsible for the call itself NOT broken phones.

They will only refund calls if it is under a certain time limit. Next time I would tell him to hang up immediately and call back in order to attempt to get a refund on the call.

Thanks, guys. Yeah, we get the 3-way call disconnects, too. Which is horrible! For him to call back, it's a 1.50 connect fee. Minutes are only 20 cents. Grrrr....

i delt with ever com i have qwest as my carrier third party billing for qwest in my state what ever they over charge me me any way now its in collection what a joke an the frist coll agencey they said turn off my phone an they cant iam on a fix income in my state they can not collect if you file exempt which i have to who knows there mess up it man not god
