Has NE one heard of Quitman Work Center?

My husband wants to go into a pre release program and said he can go to Parchman or Quitman. I tried to see who qualifies for Quitman and where it is located bc I come from Virginia and have to be careful with where he goes because the air fees can be a lot more depending on where the airport is located. I had no luck at all on the internet searching for closest airports to that area. Also, Ido not do well with change of any description. I get comfortable with him at one place, familiar with that system and surrounding area and how to maneuver to there and where to stay etc...whenever he moves I feel a bit threatened...sounds strange huh? I just know that J has been in and out of prison his entire life and that a work center sounds like a place that has way too much freedom...sounds controlling and cold but you have to know him and what he needs. I could see him being out in the community and finding a way to use drugs and ending up back in prison. I think it would be better for him to go to Parchman and do his pre release there. Just my opinion. Any information on this topic would be appreciated.
