wasnt there a thread a while back saying they would be able to email soon well in a couple of years, id still like letters too though, i got a typed letter from my hubby a little while ago his first, although it was good to get a letter, i felt like there was so much missing like apart of us was gone, although he said all the same stuff, because it wasnt in his own hand writting it didnt change and i didnt get a sence of his emotions, and there was no smudge ink where tears had fallen because he was crying cos he was happy or sad, no little arrows pointing to where he had put his cup saying sorry, there wasnt even the normal smell cos he hadnt touched the letter as much, so sometimes easier isnt always better, now i know id rather wait a while for the best, rather than have something half as good quick,
writting that ive just realised AGAIN how much i love him and he is worth waiting for too,

Default cherished letters

I understand completely...my letters, the touch of the page he touched....amazing...tear stains....going both ways....I will cherish these letters for the rest of my life. He tells me every letter how he reads my letters over and over.....I am so lucky, he paints me pictures on the envelopes of every letter....I love this man I have loved this man...since I was just a child...and now, I'm 52.

My husband is a tattoo artist but he can't freehand draw cartoons worth a crap.. he draws little faces and rainbows and stuff on his letters (although they are few) and it makes me laugh
