Mail at Vienna??

I'm wondering if anyone has any idea if an inmate at Vienna can receive letters from another inmate? At a different prison? I posted this on the pen pal thread...didn't get much of an answer but I thought maybe it would depend on the specific prison? Thought maybe someone would know? Thanks...

no, they can't. it is strict idoc policy that inmates cannot have contact with eachother - from any other institutions, anywhere. but then again, i've never tried...
