transfer probation from ND to Seattle, WA

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has information for me. I am planning to move to the Seattle area in June or July. I am currently on probation for burglary and have about 4 years of probation left. I am currently on deferred supervised probation and have absolutely no infractions against me. I have paid my fees and restitution every month. I don't know any of the rules regarding the transfer. I have no family out there, but I have been accepted to school. I am currently going to college and need to transfer to continue my education. I will be moving with my girlfriend of over a year who just graduated college and is going to have a job out there. Her parents live in WA, not Seattle, but in the state... any information would be helpful. Thank you.

You need to talk with your local probation office. You can be transfered IF WA will take over your probation.
