Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

So the system is definitely new to me... I have all his info , and dates etc... This is really his only charge, A C-felony. "tampering with a motor vehicle'" I am not from Missouri, so I dont know the severity of this charge? anyone have a clue...Id be more than willing to send you the link to his charge etc... I just really need someone to take a look who is alittle more knowledgeable in the system then myself.

Be very careful sending a link to any of his personal information.

I believe that a C felony is a less than 5 years sentence. I think it depends. Has he gone to court already and been sentenced? It's really hard to say what he will get, it could be probation or jail/prison time. It all depends on the court and the judge.

But the severity of a C felony is lower compared to an A or B.
