hi all,

this is my first post, and ild like to say hello, and that ive benefitted greatly from the site by trolling through the forums before i registered.

I was just sentenced to 18 months of prison for bankruptcy fraud and operating a money service business without a license on the 15th of july. I was reading about the second chance act of '07 and was wondering what information or experiences people have with this law in regards to early release into a hwh.

also, if anyone knows when and how i begin the process of petitioning for the hwh. As i understand it under the new law you may be eligible for up to 12 months of hwh. I have also read some comments about most people being denied that amount of time.

Also if anyone knows of a good lawyer in my area (OH-Pa-WV) that can assist please private message me.
