Default Went and visited yesterday

I went and visited Wiley yesterday. I took his 2 daughters ages 6 and 4 and his step son age 7 and his soon to be x wife. The children were horrid. Wiley enjoyed the visit. I was a week late visiting this month. He looks great health wise, but his mood was kind of down. I guess I would be down too. I only want to hug him and kiss him again. I almost cried, this time I usually keep a stiff upper lip, but I could see sadness in his eyes. I love him so much. I wrote him a letter when I got home and sent some money. I hope he feels better today.

wow you had a crowd with you! lol I am sure he was wistful seeing you all and wishing he could be a part of things and free. At least when you left he had some things to think of,the kids and you and what was said, and well, you changed his day.

((HUGS)) it is hard to visit them and also hard to leave and go home without them as well.

Glad you had a nice visit, bet you had your hands full with them kids. And I hope your son is feeling somewhat better. It's funny how we can just see the sadness in their eyes and hear it in their voice.

When they were little boys we could kiss it and make all better.

Thanks everyone. I have been very busy with my grandkids and their mother living here at my house, I have the weekend off and I am enjoying the quiet with my cats, I talked to Wiley today and he seemed to be in better spirits, his friend Rachel is coming to visit on Sunday. She is so good for him but they are just friends I kind of hope that maybe after he gets out they will hook up she is such a wonderful person. She is really good for Wiley too. I have been going through some depression lately and a lot of praying, I wonder what I did to have lost my grandson of 16 and my son all within a few months. I pray so much some time I can't get anything done. Well I hope to be hearing from some of you friends later. Best wishes to all and I hope everyone is doing well. Signing off Janice

I'm glad your son is feeling a bit better, makes you feel better knowing he is better!!!!! Hopefully your son and his friend will become more than that when he comes home, you just never know----love is funny.
Prayer is what makes all of us get thru a day. All you have to do is take one day at a time, and when it's over you go on to the next day!!!
I am sorry you lost a grand child----that has to be hard for you. I will be praying that things will get easier for you soon. God Bless, and many prayers to you, and your family.

Thank you so much for your post. I wear one of those rubber band bracelets that says "pray about it" I never take it off and I can't tell you how many times it has reminded me to pray and not to forget who is in charge here. I will keep you in my prayers also. Its terrible to be in this situation but look it has made me a lot of new friends and hopefully maybe some of us parents can get together for coffee. Always in my prayers Thank you Janice

Thank you so much for your post. Yes he was very happy and looks great. He is getting ansy though he is ready to come home and I am more than ready. Well, school starts here Monday and Destiney his 6 yo will be starting 1st grade. I pray all the time for the lawyers to have the knowledge to help him. I have called 2 more personal lawyers and they won't take my daughters money, they say his CAL has done everything that can be done. I am so glad they are honest and don't take her money and run. I wear my rubber band bracelet that says "pray about it" and I can't tell you how many times it has reminded me of who is in charge of all of us. I just told Oldporkbutt it would be nice if some of us parents could meet and have coffee sometime. Well I will keep you and yours in my prayers. Have a good evening. Always in my prayers Janice
