MCF-Stillwater - looking for info/support

My son, age 25, is in Stillwater prison for quite some time. I would absolutely love to hear from any inmates or CO's for that matter, about life in Stillwater. Basically how an imate spends his time, how life is truly like in a prison, are there assaults, fights etc? How are inmates treated? Is there a racial barrier? (He is white) Is there drugs in prison? What would be some good tips to manage ones time and stay out of trouble? He is on B-East right now, tho I think that is temporary.

Thanks so much. I have so many questions. I would love to get some clear answers. Plus I would like to write to anyone who has a loved one in Stillwater.
