How long before they see the immigration judge?

I'm new to this and very scared.
Does any know how long they are detained after signing deportation papers. He is being detained by ice. It's been 1 month already. All he was told is that ins is trying to prosecute him.
Pls help if you are familiar with this. Thnx

I would call the facility where he is at and ask for
Immigration. Talk to his case manager and they can tell you what is going on. I believe that it takes about a month to see a judge. I am not sure cause my hubby already had a deportation order in place so he did not see a judge but it still took 6 weeks before he was deported.
