Hello & welcome to PTO...glad you've found us but sorry about your upcoming sentencing. I can't answer your question, but the fine folks in our Federal Forum will be glad to help you out. Here is that link and another one that may help you with this journey:
Welcome to PTO! You’ve come to the right place for comfort and support. Patchouli gave some really good advice by asking those in the Federal forum. There are cases when a judge allows "Self Surrender" for the offender to tie-up some loose ends. Depends on the judge, circumstances and how often he or she has been ripped off. Believe it or not, there have been some that have not shown up on their surrender date! That can be a serious (added) charge of escape. Hopefully it will work out for you and the judge grants your request. Here is another link from thePTO Forums; Headed to Prison.

It takes a touch of genius and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction.
You need to have your attorney ask for it. If the AUSA doesnt oppose and depending on the charges, the judge can grant SS. Since it appears you are currently out awaiting sentencing, chances are pretty good
