Alternative to OCS who is ripping me off with hidden fees?

I dont have a house phone so I was told about this company called ocs. They told me it was 20 bucks a month and 6 bucks per call. I thought that was okay so I signed up. Now its like all these hidden fees are fallin out the sky. Its like 6 bucks per call but they tax each call so u pay more like 6.58 per call. The killer for me is that when ever someone else calls the virtual number they gave me I have to pay .24 cents. Its not like I cant answer cuz just my luck it will be him calling when I think its someone with the wrong number.

They claim that it doesnt happen alot but I havent had the number for a month and they have charged me .24 like 16 times. I know its mot alot but to me thats not the point. I started off with 30.00 dollars and my husband has only called me 3 times and my account is down to 2 dollars. When I had a house phone 30 dollars was 6 calls. I know there has got to be a different company out there that doesnt take you through all these changes. Any information is greatly appreciated.
