I know we can only send books from places such as amazon and stuff. But what about Book Depository.

Does anyone know if we can use them? They are a company too.

I think the 2 main things that they look for with books coming in is that they are new and from a company, not a person. They usually recommend Barnes & Noble or Amazon just because they have the company's logo on the packaging and they can tell that they are new. Other than that, I'm not sure what other restrictions they would have as we have always just sent from Amazon. I don't know if a counselor would have the answer to that question or not but I suppose it would be worth a shot if you want to use that vendor. Good luck!

I would suggest calling the prison and asking for someone who would know the answer. Better to be safe than sorry.

I know I called about a magazine subscription and the lady just said as long as it came directly from the company thats all that mattered.
