Default John Allen Muhammad VA RIP

D.C.-area sniper John Allen Muhammad executed
By DENA POTTER (AP) – 14 minutes ago
JARRATT, Va. — The mastermind of the 2002 sniper attacks that killed 10 in the Washington, D.C., region has been executed.
A prison spokesman says John Allen Muhammad died by injection at 9:11 p.m. Tuesday at Greensville Correctional Center.
Muhammad was executed for killing Dean Harold Meyers at a gas station during the spree that terrorized Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., over a three-week period. His teenage accomplice, Lee Boyd Malvo, was sentenced to life in prison.
Prison spokesman Larry Traylor says Muhammad had no final words. He says he didn't hear him utter a word the entire time.

R.I.P. John. Love and prayers to your family, friends and supporters at this sad time. Thoughts to all others involved in this tragedy also.

Fly free John...

collateral damage
Mildred Muhammad, 49, told The Associated Press in a phone interview that she and her three children watched news coverage of John Muhammad’s execution in silence at their Maryland home. When his death was announced, the children – John, 19, Salena, 17, and Taalibah, 16 – went into different rooms and cried.”It was very difficult to see them in that kind of pain,” Mildred Muhammad said. “Because I know what was going through their head – ‘this is my dad, he should be in my life, this should not be happening.’”
Her ex-husband was put to death by lethal injection Tuesday in Virginia for killing Dean Harold Meyers at a gas station during a series of killings in 2002 that terrorized the Washington, D.C., area for three weeks. His then-teenage accomplice, Lee Boyd Malvo, is serving a life sentence without parole for his role in one of the slayings.

I watched the doccumentary - jeez how many times did this man ask to be found, he phoned the police and they passed him off, he was insane and beat the system - sad judicial system then!!!! he kept phoning the police to be found and he was shrugged off, a horrible story, a horrible crime, but it was clear he was mentally not right.

an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind... and mamas post above, shows the real victims of his death - his FAMILY ... awful sad xx
