Rumours rumours ... Silverwater

hi all
my hubby is currently located in a small smaps centre at silverwater
he has heard rumours this week about the whole centre moving to other jails
and today when i was leaving visits a guard told me that the whole centre was being moved out
is anyone else hearing rumors or stories or facts about inmates being moved out or inmates being moved in ?
i realise the jail system is a dynamic environment but an unsettled environment for those that are already living on the emotional edge i would think is very unhelpful to both inmates and their loved ones
