Noble CI- Looking for information on my fiance

I am trying to find any information on my fiance Nicholas Smurthwaite who is at Noble Correctional Institution. He is in E1 W10. Heard through the grapevine that he was put in the hole, but he is supposed to be released on Monday (12/21/09). We are trying to figure out what is going on and if anyone could ask their loved ones if they know of him and/or what is going on. I wish he could use the phone!!!! I just want to find out what is going on...
