Wrecking Balm - Does it really work?

Has anyone ever used or know anyone that has used the product WRECKING BALM?

It is a product that is suppose to fade unwanted tattoos.

I believe my hubby has some old tattoos that he would like faded and he has always been interested to know if this product works.
