How do you initiate your "special" conversations on the phone?

Okay, so I'm a little embarassed to be asking advice on this one but here it goes. I know this is a PG site, so I'll try to keep it simple. First off, by no means are me and my husband conservative when it comes to our sex life. Name it and we've done it (except for inviting a third party in...thats just a no-no). For some reason, I just can bring myself to talk dirty to him on the phone. I don't know why, I just can't. And believe that sexy raspy voice he has turns me on after the first word comes out his mouth. I think I'm too afraid someone is listening to us. So maybe you gals can help, how do you navigate your conversations to get to the juicy stuff.
