Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Ticker question.

So, I figured out how to get my ticker in my signature and it works when I post to threads, However when I look at my profile I can only see the top half of my ticker, and I chose the option how you can look at your profile when others look at it, and its the same thing.
I put spaces on the top and below it thinking that would help but it doesn't. So what can I do to make it whole and not cut in half?
