Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Hello All,
I just checked JPay and I was able to e-mail my honey at Byrd! You just have to register your inmate's name and pay (each page is the price of a postage stamp) and e-mail away! It's another way to keep communication going with our loved ones and I will be e-mailing often!

I am Mom, and new to this site.

I was reading posts on the Byrd unit and saw yours on the ability to email! Wow! Thanks, I am going to see if I can register, and then write my son to let him know. He was just transferred to the unit, and so I can't visit him.

Hi every one. I already have an account with jpay. But it does not let me write to him. I've tried to change his number because tdc changed it to a state jail number now it wont let me write to him at all. And i already e-mailed my conserned to the department and i have not heard nothing.

I would call their 800 number on the website!!

Well it's just an update about my situation with my account. I called the 1-800 number and i explained my problem to them and they looked it up and sure enough... Duh! The operater told me to include a zero before his number. And there he was. Now a can go though jpay and write to my husband. Thanks you all for hearing me out.
